Nutritionists have revealed that if you remove some essential foods (seafood, red meat, milk) from your diet, it can have detrimental effects on your health.

Sydney foods expert Susie Burrell says that if you remove milk and any of its products, red meat, seafood, and eggs, etc. from your diet, it will have a negative impact on the immune system, bones and overall health of the body.

She also said that if you stop using any of these foods, it is important that you take another diet instead to improve your health.

Experts have pointed out its effects on health by not using all of these nutrients.

Milk and Milk Products

Dieting has become a trend in recent times, practitioners refrain from using natural milk and instead use soybeans, almonds, and other such milk.

Expert Dr Susie warned all those people that removing milk and other products from their diet is not just a disadvantage that you are not taking the amount of calcium the body needs but milk and other By not using dairy products, you also wash off other natural nutrients including magnesium, vitamin B12, phosphorus, protein, vitamin D and vitamin A.

Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to heart diseases, including liver and kidney, while magnesium deficiency can lead to osteoporosis.

The doctor further said that almonds or soybeans have calcium in milk, but it does not have the amount of calcium that a human needs daily.

He added that if you want to consume cereal milk, which contains barley, soybean, etc., select milk that has a high amount of calcium.

Red Meat

There may be several reasons why you do not choose red meat in your diet, but doing so means that you are removing the best source of iron from your diet.

Experts said that white meat, eggs, green vegetables, and many greens also contain a little bit of iron, but the fact is that the iron contained in all these things is not well absorbed into the body, but iron is well absorbed in the body from red meat.

Susie Burrell said most women suffer from iron deficiency, and iron deficiency affects human fatigue, shortness of breath, and immune system strength.

Humans need about 18 grams of iron daily, which can be accomplished using red meat, lentils, mushrooms, cashews, potatoes, and spinach.

Sea Food

Experts said that seafood is considered to be the best for human health, it contains rich amounts of protein and other essential nutrients, and also reduces the number of calories or fat.

Dr. Susie Burrell said that if you exclude seafood from your diet, it would mean that you are removing omega-3 and zinc from your diet.

Fish, including salmon, tuna, and other such fish, are found in abundance in omega-3s, while zinc is abundant in oysters, shellfish.

Zinc works to make hormones in the body while also improving the immune system and skin said the dietitian. If you remove zinc from your diet, it will weaken your immune system.

White Meat

The white meat of poultry is not as nutritious as red meat, but it does contain protein, vitamin B6, selenium and vitamin B12, which are very important for the body.

Selenium is an important ingredient, it’s deficiency can lead to infertility, muscle weakness, hair loss, and mental disorders. If your body lowers the amount of vitamin B6, it can lead to anemia. Maybe because of this and you may feel tired and weak.

Eggs

Dr. Susie Burrell said that eggs are well included in dairy products, but because of their nutritional status, they have been isolated and if you do not use them in your diet, there are numerous adverse effects on health.

Eggs are considered highly nutritious, containing more than 20 essential vitamins and salts, including protein, good fats, vitamin A and E, many of them are vitamins and salts, But one of the important ingredients is selenium, which is a powerful antioxidant and plays a key role in health. Selenium is found in very few things, including eggs and nuts.

Not incorporating eggs into a daily diet affects your immune system.
